ABOUT THE ATRIUM

 "The Atrium" offers 54 suites in two mirror-image wings with a lovely lounge in the center.

Each wing has 27 suites comprised of
26 two bedroom units
 and 1 one bedroom unit. 
All suites have two full bathrooms, 
insuite laundry hookups, loads of storage, including a large insuite storage room plus a locker in the basement, and spacious floorplans that easily accommodate large furniture.   

The Atrium is NOT an "old age home" and does NOT offer "assisted-living" amenities.  It is a community of 55+ adults who take pride in the complex.

In the spirit of a co-operative, new owners (called "Members") are expected to make a contribution and participate in its operation, either by joining the Board of Directors or other committees like the Social or Gardening Committees. 

One cat per suite is permitted on all floors or one small dog per suite on the ground floor only.  All pets require prior approval by the Board of Directors.

No mortgages or rentals are permitted

The Seniors' Centre at Parkgate Community Centre is a short walk through "the trail".
Parkgate Village stores, medical offices, banks, restaurants and Safeway are a quick walk through the trail.


Mount Seymour United Church is across the street.
Seymour Golf & Country Club is a 10 minute walk and Northlands Golf Course is a 5 minute drive.
